We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident individual to join our team. This role will require you to send out creative direct mail and follow up the with telephone calls to make appointments for the sales team to visit the client and close the sale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture prospects and potential customers
- Reach out to customer leads through phone calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Working effectively in a team environment
- Arrange meetings with potential clients
- Arrange meetings with current clients
- Following up with potential clients, and nurturing relationships
Required:
- A previous experience in an appointment setting or telecommunications role
- Confident and comfortable on the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with potential clients and existing clients
- Self-sufficient and well organised
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired:
- Experience using Trello (full training provided if no previous experience)
- Understanding of excel and emails
- Resilient
