Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as school administrators, principals, and HR managers.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to match their requirements.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas.
- Stay updated with industry news, developments, and changes in education policies and regulations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the agency's services and value proposition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the education or recruitment industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and provide effective solutions.
- Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Familiarity with education policies, trends, and challenges.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients as required.
