Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as school administrators, principals, and HR managers.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions to match their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential growth areas.
  • Stay updated with industry news, developments, and changes in education policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the agency's services and value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development, preferably within the education or recruitment industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand clients' needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Familiarity with education policies, trends, and challenges.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients as required.
