About the Role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and work alongside our CEO and Managing Director.
As an EA to our CEO and MD, you will be responsible for handling a range of executive and administrative tasks, with a flexible and can-do approach.
In this role, you will proactively manage our CEO and MD’s inboxes and diaries, as well as taking ownership of the agency-wide calendar bookings for events and company socials. You will be responsible for ensuring that our CEO and MD are prepared for all upcoming meetings, and will also be responsible for booking meetings, organising travel, and joining internal senior leadership meetings where required. This is the ideal role for someone who approaches tasks with positivity, is naturally helpful, calm and reliable.
