An opportunity has arisen in our London office. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to bring empathy and amazing customer service to help resolve issues for our customers. This is a part time role - Monday to Thursday only.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate amazing practice in customer service
Deal with multiple enquiries at once
Assist customers in resolving queries
Prioritise and manage tasks effectively
Perform tasks with a logical approach
