Roles and Responsibilities
Your Primary responsibility will be to reach to care home and get the sponsored jobs.
1. Create Brand Awareness among Employers in UK for their staffing Needs.
2. Reach out to Care homes / Healthcare companies across UK for their Vacancies.
3. Create and Execute Business plan for Expansion of business.
4. Coordinating with HR team to place right candidates for Employers in UK.
5. Developing Business relationship with Clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Candidate with Business Development Experience in Healthcare Recruitments.
2. Proven history of Business development in Recruitment business.
3. Extensive Experience in working with UK Based companies.
4. Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
5. Similar Education is Preferred.
