CLASSROOM ASSISTANT VACANCY
As we open our new Montessori Day Nursery setting, The Grove, in the
Heart of Notting Hill, Paint Pots Montessori Schools is looking for two classroom assistants to join our team in our 2-5 year old classroom.
HOURS
Start Date: ASAP
Full Time at 40 hours per week: 8-6pm for 4 days a week.

Montessori Nursery Schools. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to be part of our strong team, delivering high quality education and childcare to children age 2 – 5 years.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
We are looking for ...
- Someone with a passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Someone reliable and dedicated. Who is passionate about their career in educating children aged 2-5 years and who believes in continually learning and expanding their knowledge of teaching through further training and experience
- An energetic and vibrant personality who can bring their passion and interests into the classroom
- An excellent team player with a good team spirit
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification. (Montessori Qualifications would be a bonus, but training can be provided)
A minimum if 1 years experience working with 2-5 year olds in a nursery setting.
Thorough knowledge of the EYFS and the development of children 2-5 years old
Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to use a variety of techniques to clearly and successfully communicate with both children and adults
The ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful candidate will be required to have a clear DBS check
External candidates will need to provide two references from previous employers
