Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to 35k

- Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Working as a Business Development Manager you will be part of a vibrant, fast-paced and ambitious team
- An influential leader who can effectively build and maintain relationships with the local community
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives with the marketing manager and senior sales manager
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Provide Weekly/Monthly Sales reports for senior management review
- Creating and sending client contracts, internal and external event briefs
- Drive proactive and reactive sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful communication and performance of internal events
- Finding and developing new markets and improving salesAttending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ relative sales experience
- Extensive knowledge of Liverpool and a strong understanding of Manchester
- Offers a personal network of contacts in different industries including but limited to; hospitality, television, music, media and culinary, etc...
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
- Flexibility across weekends and holidays as well as the ability to travel and attend various social functions in the city (when relevant)
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
