Our partner are growing- rapidly. Offering products in the automotive aftersales sector they grew from £13m turnover to £50m in the last 12 months and now they need to add proven business development managers to their team to convert leads and upsell to existing customers.
What’s the package?
Upto £50k plus 10% company bonus and lease car
23 days AL plus bank holidays

What’s the role?
Based remotely with travel to Northampton you’ll meet in person with existing and prospective clients to offer solutions to their challenges from this global automotive aftersales brand’s range.
Thriving on selling through great relationships, you’ll see commercial opportunities in every interaction. Know your customer, build trust and deliver exceptional service.
The brand has ambitious growth plans in the UK market and this role requires people used to meeting revenue targets from a mixture of existing and new business. A background in technical sales or automotive aftersales is a big advantage.
You’ll need all the classic attributes of successful sales people- tenacity, resilience, drive and emotional intelligence. The ability to motivate and hold yourself responsible is key when working remotely.
You’ll be supported by a wide range of products, developed to meet different challenges and budgets in a range of settings. You will also be open to doing some outbound work when required to push through those targets.
