Business Development Lead
Oliver Sanderson is engaged with one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management providers in search of a Business Development Lead.
The Business Development Lead will sit within the Energy and Carbon Solutions (ECS) function. The ECS consulting team often acts as an initial front-end engagement that helps shape the clients operational plan to deliver their net zero objectives. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for building relationships with clients and winning business and contracts, which they will then pass on to the solutions team to deliver.
This role will be a hybrid role with nationwide travel as required. The role reports into the Managing Director for Energy & Carbon Solutions.
Key responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities.
· Develop value propositions.
· Manage key client relationships and work to build new ones.
· Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts and propose changes as necessary.
· Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs.
· Write proposals and plans, and guide long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements.
