Business Development Graduate (fixed term 2 years)
Grade 4, £24,771 - £26,677
35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Job purpose:
To support the lead officer responsible for the management and marketing of 70 commercial properties (100,000 sq ft of retail, office and workshop space) and 12 residential units, along with our growing portfolio.
This is a trainee post and will allow the post holder to develop their knowledge of the property sector and lettings in a commercial and residential lettings environment, with opportunities to participate in operations management, developing and
implementing the marketing strategy, designing effective communications and promotion of the QC Workspace brand to reach new markets and grow our company.
You will deal with leases, purchases, property management, agency and everything in between.
This same role will give you experience in website design, social media marketing, brochures, branding and lots more.

Essential criteria:
- Qualified to degree level in relevant background (recently qualified).
- Understanding of (1) business management, marketing (2) target setting and planning activity to achieve goals, and (3) analysing and presenting performance and financial information and statistics.
- Experience working within a team.
