We are assisting our client, a UK based hospitality provider who is currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Executive - hospitality. The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of new business and maintaining the company's existing hospitality client base. Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive: Identifying, targeting and generating business from new clients Secure business by understanding each individual clients hospitality requirements in order to offer the best solution and ensure maximum revenue is generated Establishing relationships with key decision makers Managing the whole sales process from initial client contact through to negotiating and closing of the sale, whilst ensuring maximum customer satisfaction Ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential new business Overcoming client objections and creating a solution Attending networking and industry events Key requirements: Previous experience in Sales and Business Development across the Relocation, Global Mobility, Corporate Housing, Business Travel or Hospitality sectors required Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to clients Strong negotiation skills Motivated individual, committed to achieving sales targets Ability to manage the entire sales process Alchemy Global Talent Solutions
