The Role:
Our Quality team in Vancouver is looking for a Quality Data Coordinator is responsible for quality data management across our global teams (US, Canada, and International) and quality data analysis.
What You're Doing
- Accountable for maintaining integrity and accuracy of data in Quality systems
- Use computer programs and quality management systems to generate Quality KPIs and Dashboards
- Upload and update Raw Material specifications and related documents on Quality systems
- Manage Food Safety documents on Quality systems
- Manage consumer complaints
- Analyze quality data to support continuous quality improvements
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences or Database Administrator or related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ experience in Food/Beverage, Quality Data administration or Data analysis role
- Proficient with computer programs including Food/Beverage Quality System Management Software and MS office. Knowledge and experience of SPC is preferred.
What You'll Bring
- Knowledge and experience in HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000
- Previous work in a regulated environment (TTB, FDA, EPA) is preferred with a focus on the food and beverage industry.
- Proficient data analytical skills
- Strong excel skills
