Sales & Business Development Executive
Currently, we’re looking for a caring, detail-oriented and target-driven person to fill the role of Sales and Business Development Executive at Westward Care, Leeds, contributing to our mission of making a positive impact on the lives of the people we support.
Working hours and salary
£31,000 per annum plus bonus (commission)
40-hours per week, flexible working (including weekends to meet the needs of the business)
Are you who we are looking for
You will have overall responsibility for the customer sales process and activity across all of our sites – with a key focus on our Retirement Apartments locations in Headingley and Roundhay. The post-holder will contribute to the overall success of Westward Care, through the effective management of sales enquiries and appointments, customer relationship management and developing networks to further extend the business’ reputation as the leading provider of apartment living with care and support and create sales.
You will be responsible for supporting our customers from first enquiry to ‘moving in’ and being a primary point of contact for sales throughout the process.
If you have previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service and a personable demeanour in both in-person and phone interactions, we encourage you to apply.
