This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a successful & growing New Business Sales team who finished last financial year over 120% of target.
You will be responsible for further commercial growth within the SME space by identifying target customers in your target verticals, presenting our value proposition to match customer needs, and managing the end-to-end sales process, resulting in signed contracts.
You will use your experience and consultative selling skills to build relationships with your prospects and provide effective solutions that address their business needs.
Main ResponsibilitiesProactive, self-led lead generation using social media & the internet, phone and email in your target verticals.
Rapidly responding to inbound leads, arranging qualification and discovery calls with potential customers.
Develop/maintain technical and business knowledge of recruitment industry directions and trends.
Alignment with marketing to develop targeted campaigns to drive interest and awareness of Tribepad solutions within your target verticals.
Deliver compelling online and face-to-face demonstrations of our recruitment software products.
Updating and maintaining the accuracy of our HubSpot CRM system for marketing and sales tracking purposes.
Manage the production of captivating quotations and proposals.
Working with the Bid Team to manage responses to RFIs and tenders.
Stakeholder management throughout the sales lifecycle.
Drafting contracts through to the successful conclusion of winning new business.
Support the successful onboarding of new clients through handover to project delivery.
Understanding the market, competitors, and customer requirements and articulating these to the business to help evolve the service portfolio.
Work collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering during the development, launch, and continuing refinement of existing and new Tribepad products.

The role is home-based but may require travel to customer sites and marketing events across the UK by car and train.
The Ideal CandidateYou are a person who is fired up to not only smash your target but do so while being a key team player.
Experience in selling SaaS HCM/ Recruitment or Resourcing Solutions is preferred but optional.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets.
Able to develop a network of senior and middle management contacts to build long-lasting, trusted partnerships.
Excellent communication and great listening skills, ability to explain complex solutions simply.
Must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to stakeholders at all levels.
Authentic salesperson built on a foundation of sales training.
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Naturally curious and a problem solver.

Annual salary from £30,000 to £40,000 per year.
