About The Role

We're currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join the Denplan sales team to help retian and develop a portfolio of Denplan clients. You'll be proactively identifying practices with great potential and driving a pipeline of new practices, working with the Business Development Consultants to help convert them.
We're looking for candidates who love seeing portfolios and accounts grow and have a naturally consultative selling style to help achieve this growth. You'll be using your experience in client relationship management to establish and develop relationships with clients as well as any internal stakeholders where needed.
One of our core values is courage and curiosity and with this role, we need people who are naturally curious and are happy to always learn more about the clients in their portfolio around their strategies and understanding their future plans to help truly be able to qualify the opportunities with each of those clients. As well as with your existing portfolio, you'll also need this core value for the new business side of the role where you'll be responsible for generating leads and identifying prospects.

About You

Some of the key Experience we're looking for includes:

  • Experience in creating and nurturing mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Strong client relationship building and stakeholder management skills and a naturally consultative approach to selling
  • Successful track record of commercial delivery and business development
  • Effective communications skills, both verbal and written

And any of these would be an added bonus:

  • Any experience in negotiating and influencing sales
  • Experience in presenting in a B2B capacity
  • A knowledge of Denplan or the Dental sector
