Rosslyn Park Primary and Nursery School is seeking to appoint a Level 1 School Administrative Officer to join our friendly administration team to provide routine general clerical, administrative and reception support to the school.
This is a term time only position for 35 hours per week. The working hours are Mon-Fri 8am – 3.30pm or 8.30am – 4pm (successful candidate’s choice).
Rosslyn Park is a large primary school with nearly 700 children on roll and we pride ourselves on supporting each one of them and their families. Our children feel valued and have a sense of belonging to the school and the local diverse community. We believe strongly in developing the whole child and ensure that our knowledge-rich curriculum is supported by strong pastoral provision.

The role will include face-to-face reception duties, answering telephones, routine clerical support such as reprographics, filing, word processing and data input on the school computer systems.
You will:
- have general office or similar experience
- be accurate and take pride in your work
- work well as part of a team
- be literate and numerate;
- have excellent communication skills with children and adults
