RUSHWILLE LIMITED is looking for a Business Development Executive
Business Development Executive Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and executing the B2B and B2C strategy, sales, marketing, and operations for the company’s business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be a key member of the RUSHWILLE LIMITED team and will be responsible for the following:
- Take the company's intiative of IT consultancy and business support services.
- Identify new opportunities and lead the B2B and B2C strategy.
- Research
- Analyse business methods, products and services with clients to identify marketing requirements.
- Develop and execute a sales cycle to generate new business
- Drive sales of RUSHWILLE LIMITED products and services through multiple channels including but not limited to web-based sales presentations, email campaigns, social media, trade shows, etc.
- Build relationships with prospective customers through social media outreach, email campaigns, webinar registrations, etc.
- Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and requirements
- Build relationships with existing customers to identify new opportunities and develop new business opportunities
- Identify market trends and act proactively to meet customer needs
- Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.
- Prepare proposals outlining programs of work and cost details for market research projects.
- Collect, interpret, and present market research findings to clients.
- Ensure that all aspects of the business are in compliance with company goals and objectives
- Assist in drafting business proposals for IT consultancy and business support projects
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information and consultation to clients about company's services, primarily, use of new IT tools for their business, digital tranformation and maximising business potential.
- Work closely with digital marketing initiatives to increase sales of RUSHWILLE LIMITED products and services
- Work closely with Operations on digital marketing initiatives to increase sales of RUSHWILLE LIMITED products and services
- Work closely with Sales on customer acquisition strategies including but not limited to lead generation through social media outreach, webinars, trade shows, events, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
