Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 | Monday - Friday .

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for sales development and business marketing who is looking to take their career to the next step, supporting our activities within the Construction industry and Waste Recycling space.

You’ll implement and bring to life the Marketing and Business Development
Strategy helping to strengthen our branding, social media presence, and sales lead generation.

Key responsibilities will be to manage account content and creation, delivering a plan that focuses on growing followers, client interaction, and customer/business lead generation across our customer portfolio, and our main social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In) and Company Website and monitoring the impact of content published. This includes supporting digital projects (including live video streams, site project development materials, and aerial drone footage) and creating social media content (such as posts and tweets) to engage with a diverse range of audiences.

You’ll have excellent attention to detail, proofing digital content in conjunction with divisional management, with experience of writing insightful and engaging materials and posts for social media platforms, as well as supporting digital marketing campaigns (google analytics and ads, PPC, etc.) for broad and diverse audiences.

With excellent IT, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy and diverse workload for our internal divisions, you’ll be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually to develop our content and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering and contributing to marketing and digital content creation including:

● Supporting the marketing and digital content strategy in conjunction with the
Company Directors and divisional teammembers;

● Lead on business development activities, including a focus on CRM initiatives, sales, and lead growth generation.
● Build networking with clients and external providers.
● Develop strategies with management to support key income streams;
● Research available market trends and other relevant information to develop and excel marketing plans;
● Digital marketing management (incl. web design & development, analytics, and social media content);
● Direct marketing management (incl. email, lead, direct mail, database development);
● Company branding and messaging in line with our vision and values;
● Graphic design, marketing materials, and advertising;
● Live video editing and content creation (desirable);
● Support wider Company commitments and projects as required.
● Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Instagram and Facebook), PR, and other advertising channels
● Manage paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, creative development, and performance analysis
● Collaborate with other teammembers and departments to develop integrated marketing initiatives and cross-channel campaigns
● Monitor and optimise campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
● Analyse and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
● Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments
● Collaborate with PR agencies and other external partners to maximise campaign reach and effectiveness
● Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources to achieve the highest possible return on investment.

About You:
● Minimum 2 years’ within a similar background – marketing or business development bias.
● Good understanding of the principles of marketing and sales generation;
● Hard-working and well organised;
● Able to use a range of marketing tools and techniques;
● Team player, able to work collectively and individually, to improve internal processes;
● Adaptive and keen to develop and progress;
● Passionate about what they do, ability to bring ideas, with a creative approach;
