[*Training is full time for 8-10 weeks working from our modern Edinburgh city centre office, leading to the hybrid role.]
This vacancy is based in our Bereavement Team where you’ll primarily focus on dealing with customer queries by telephone or completing a number of core admin tasks.
  • You'll learn to act with skill and diligence - treating customers sensitively and caring about helping them move forward with their futures.
  • You'll possess good attention to detail and grow the confidence to spot and call out areas we can improve our customers' journeys and experiences
  • You’ll enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues, adding to a caring environment where all colleagues feel encouraged and valued.
  • You’ll be prepared to work hard with your passion for delivering excellent customer service

We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:

So, we'll only ever ask you to provide confidential or sensitive information once you have formally been invited along to an interview or accepted a verbal offer to join us which is when we run our background checks. We'll always explain what we need and why, with any request coming from a trusted Lloyds Banking Group person.
