Sales Executive Role Overview:
RAM Rugby/Cricket are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Exec to join our existing sales team based at our head office in Send, Surrey. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will complement our existing account managers developing and closing sales opportunities from a range of customers.
The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator with strong people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as having excellent written communications.

Ram International Ltd has been a leading supplier of sports equipment and sports clothing to the sports industry for over 15 years. Working with the amateur and professional game Ram has supplied to over 3000 clubs, Schools and Universities via dedicated account managers and digital platforms www.ramrugby.co.ukand www.ramcricket.co.uk.
Career Progression:
After 12 months we would expect the successful candidate to become an account manager. The candidate would then be expected to develop sales relationships and drive sales growth with specific key accounts.
Responsibilities:
· Contacting potential or existing customers to seek sales engagement from current database.
· Answer questions about products or the company queries.
· Working with the companies CRM system to update all customer key data.
· Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
· Provide sales reports as and when required.
Requirements
· Target driven with proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer role.
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
· Keen interest in sport.
· A team player with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
