What You Will Be Doing?
This is a truly unique opportunity to make a huge difference in what we do and the value we provide to our clients and their brands. As one of the first hires in a newly created Field function, you will initially focus on ensuring our execution is perfect within Grocery and controlled convenience, and work with the store’s leadership teams, department managers and store staff to ensure all barriers to sales are removed every visit, whilst ensuring our planograms & point of sale are in good condition, compliant and enough stock is reaching the store.
You’ll exceed all given KPIs, and excellent execution and customer service for our key customers, whilst ensuring our values and mission is embodied in everything we do. You’ll go above & beyond for our clients and for our brands, be engaging, be a highly effective communicator, quickly establish solid customer relationships and articulate a compelling sales story in call.
- You will be responsible for achieving call rate and other sales KPI’s
- This role is field-based, working in the field most days, with occasional travel to our office in Peterlee for meetings.
- Report successes to your regional manager and share best practice with colleagues
- Work on strategic, tactical projects from time to time, always delivering the best possible results.
- Ensure stores conform to high quality merchandising and compliance standards.
- React to and keep abreast of the trends and insights from both our customers and the licensed sector to enable continuous learnings and communicate this with our customer base, as being the expert in the category.
- Continually looking for opportunities to drive additional, incremental profitability & efficiency and faster growth for the business.
- Engage efficiently with cross-functional Stakeholders, to help our business thrive.
