The Longridge site is currently in the midst of an ambitious expansion programme, with capital equipment investment and staff investment being at the heart. We are now seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the team. This newly created role is responsible for the safe, efficient and productive operation of the shift. You will be responsible for a small, dedicated and professional team who strive to produce the highest quality product. Want to experience something new? Then come join the team!
What do you get?
- Starting salary of £34,320 per annum
- Overtime available, paid at time and a third
- 40-hour week. Weekly rotating shifts: AM (06:00 – 14:00), PM (14:00 – 22:00), Nights (22:00 – 06:00)

What will you do?
- Strategically manage the production area in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Operate production machinery and produce high quality product, as required by the customer
- Ensure all machinery operates efficiently and effectively, and ingredients are of the highest standard
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Produce reports and statistics as requested
- Maintain standards of health and safety, product hygiene and security

- Previous experience of working with machinery or in a technical production role
