Installed in more than 400 warehouses on four continents, our Voice, AI, and machine learning optimization software improves the work life of warehouse workers by making it safer, and easier, while increasing productivity.
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to develop opportunities with new logo companies. This is a very exciting opportunity, in the fast-growing warehouse automation space, to provide companies with the smartest distribution workflow optimization software in the industry.

Requirements
- Ability to articulate our strong value proposition at executive level with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to build credibility with new customers.
- Drive and skill set to be successful with the necessary business development activity to sell our smart software and services to new logo companies in the target vertical markets.
- Situational fluency – ability to comprehend and problem solve by thinking and acting quickly on your feet.
- Ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Ability to absorb and apply the continuous comprehensive training and experience provided by Lucas.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree – desired.
- Ability to travel as needed to conduct business development activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in industrial or supply chain automation highly desirable.
