About the role and you.
You will be working a 180 role. This means you are targeting construction businesses across different sectors, meeting prospective clients, following up on leads and identifying new opportunities and generating new vacancies for the team to fill. Simply put it’s your job to add value to people’s recruitment by solving the clients’ problems, getting out to meet them and building new relationships.
Experience in recruitment would be ideal but not essential, however experience of sales in some form is necessary and preferred as it essential you understand the process of business-to-business sales and building up strong relationships with perspective clients. Understanding our sector is not important as we will support and train you on the rest.
We are looking for an individual that demonstrates relentless energy, ambition and has a growth mindset. With competitive characteristics you will be determined in your approach. Your work ethic will speak for itself, and you will continuously look for smarter and more productive ways of finding new leads or opportunities.
