Canon Europe are looking for a graduate to join the team as an associate to support the design, delivery and governance of key user journeys and experiences across all digital channels.
Working with people across the business, serving both B2C and B2B customers, you will translate the desired customer experience blueprint into the optimum user experience and journeys across our web estate.
Our team are based at our state-of-the-art EMEA HQ in Uxbridge (Hybrid working - on average 3 days per week in the office), which is easily reached via the Elizabeth Line, with subsidised restaurant & Costa Coffee and free parking onsite.

In addition to a salary of between £26,331 – £30,977 you'll be eligible for a performance-based bonus of 10%. What we ask
This role will expose the successful candidate to a range of activities including to:
- Liaising with business stakeholders and facilitating workshops to identify user/business challenges and requirements.
- Helping to manage the development of wireframes and designs for pages or applications presenting UX and design work back to business stakeholders and manage through from approval to execution.
Support with governance to ensure a consistent/coherent user experience across our digital channels, including E-Commerce, social media and Mobile through:
Help to execute optimization tests and processes that support improved journeys & conversion
Support the evolution of our design guidelines, usability & accessibility guidelines & experience principles for web, mobile & other digital channels, so that they reflect our Brand Vision & Digital Strategy.
Help to optimize user journeys across our web estate through continuous improvement of navigation and structure, functionality and design and content.
You will need
- Be a recent university graduate, ideally covering Computer Science, Digital Design, Human-Computing Interaction, Interaction Designs
- Have an online portfolio to demonstrate work
- Understand UX, IA, and UI principles and best practice
- Understand content targeting and testing methodologies
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word etc.)
- Be a confident communicator and be able to use business English, other languages are advantageous but not essential
