ABOUT YOU

Office based Monday to Friday, the role of the Business Development Executive is to generate new business opportunities to maximise the pre-booked and total sales of the ETM estate. Focuses on pro-active sales to generate new event leads, building a network of key contacts and improving existing relationships.

You will also have access to our very competitive quartelry paid bonus scheme based on your performance!

What we look for in the ideal candidate:

  • Hospitality background is essential, and sales experience is ideal.
  • Knowledge of reservation management platforms is preferred.
  • Target driven, commercially savvy and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to equally organize workload between admin and client management.

  • Supports the delivery of a yearly sales strategy from the Business Development Manager to support all sites and deliver personal and overall company targets
  • Admin acumen
