Job description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organised, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You have a good understanding of the financial market industry, in particular investment banking, wealth management, funds sectors and digital finance (Crypto).
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Represent Deontea at external meetings, as well as, other relevant industry forums, conferences and seminars where relevant
- Keep abreast of industry developments and trends (technical, legal, regulatory)
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification
- A proven track record within a business development environment (Minimum 5 years in a similar position)
- An efficient and confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Strategic thinker and planner
- High level of gravitas is essential
- Understand the value of market intelligence and how to act on it

- Independent sales Agent - Agent Commercial
- High commission rate

Salary: £30,712.00-£50,000.00 per year
