Opportunity for a real team player to take on a Business Development Manager role at a growing property management company, with a vibrant office based in north London. You will be required to work from the office from Monday-Friday. The company are searching for an individual who fits their specific company culture. If you are a humble, emotionally intelligent, enthusiastic individual, this role may be perfect for you. You will be required to work from our office in North London.

- Structure meetings with clients
- Updating company internal CRM system
- Attend networking events and site visits
- Develop new business accounts
- Create new property proposals

Requirements:
- Proven track record in sale-driven team
- Experience meeting targets and KPIs
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Full driving licence

Salary: £28,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
