A family company now in its third generation, providing quality candy confectionery to independent retailers/wholesalers in both the UK & Europe. We have been hand crafting Blackpool Rock & Candy products since 1969.
Hours of Work
Monday - Thursday 8:00-17:30
Friday 8:00-14:00
Plus overtime when necessary
Warehouse Operative Responsibilities
- Checking the receipt of goods into the warehouse
- Picking and packaging of Stock for dispatch
- General warehouse upkeep/maintenance
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Local deliveries to customers
Warehouse Operative Essential Experience/ Qualities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in high demanding role
- Good communication
- A team player-capable of working alone or in a team
- Able to use own initiative
- You must hold a valid FLT licence.
- Must have a clean driver's license
- Will be required to look after their delivery vehicle and take pride in its condition.
- Health and safety awareness including manual handling
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting tasks
- Respectful and responsible in taking good care of company vehicles, goods and customer property
- Willingness to be flexible and to use your initiative at times
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.42-£11.00 per hour

- Blackpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving License (required)
- FLT License (required)
