Location : flexible, United Kingdom Job Advert Service Delivery Handler The Role: We are looking for someone to provide client service support and assistance to the Account Handlers with their day-to-day tasks and account broking, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The Service Delivery team will be working alongside the Account Handlers to continuously develop and improve client outcomes and working processes. You will be putting the client at the heart of everything you do, utilising know your customer (KYC) and treating customers fairly (TCF) practices, handling tasks in line with compliance, FCA regulations and business policies and procedures. The Service Delivery team will play a key role in the future of client service delivery at PIB, underpinning the service excellence PIB require for our clients and ensuring accuracy for insurers, clients, and data integrity. Responsibilities: Input new business, amendments, and renewals on Acturis to maintain accurate records, in accordance with operational procedures. Produce supporting documentation to a high standard and within timescales. Develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, working as part of a team to deliver a professional service. Provide a professional administration service to the account handling community to enable them to focus on client facing growth activities. Adhere to Group policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements. Respond professionally, promptly and with precision to work request. Experience: Minimum 5 GCSE, Grades A-C including English and Maths. Client service and administrative experience, adhering to processes and systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, to support client service delivery. Basic understanding of the broking insurance market and the role of regulation and compliance. Organised with good time management skills working to agreed priorities. Good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal colleagues. Computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite and operational use of Acturis. Operational use of Acturis ensuring updates are made accurately to data quality standards. Passionate, about your role with a sense of ownership and a desire to get it right first time. Naturally charismatic, with a customer focus and the ability to build excellent rapport with colleagues. Driven to deliver good customer service to internal stakeholders displaying the PIB core values and behaviours.
