The ideal candidate is a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude, who innately knows the creative world and knows exactly how to magnify our brand.
You would need to work closely and confidently with key cross-functional partners.
This position works collaboratively with our Marketing team, PR Team, regional Marketing & Influencer team and our global brand partners in in 40 countries around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design and create a range of graphics and visual materials for projects
● Study design briefs and determine requirements
● Work with manager to understand the design needs and preferences
● Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
● Prepare rough drafts and present idea
● Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
● Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
● Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
● Test graphics across various media
● Amend designs after feedback
● Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
● Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
● Continuously develop and improve design skills through self-study and training opportunities
● Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines
● Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
● Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in graphic design
REQUIREMENTS
● A minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
● Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) as well as Figma
● Experience in packaging design and offline media
● Strong idea generation skills
● Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Deliver to often tight, reactive briefs and deadlines
● Ability to work on multiple projects efficiently, simultaneously
● Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● The ability to confidently communicate your ideas both verbally and visually
● Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
PREFERRED
● Experience in a professional graphic design role
● Experience working on projects for clients in a variety of industries
● Familiarity with web design and development principles
● Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
