Nerdio’s mission is to empower IT professionals and Managed Services Providers in building successful cloud practices in Microsoft Azure with desktop virtualization. Our software helps MSPs and IT pros price, deploy, manage, and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365. We obsess over all things Microsoft Azure, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365, and are the industry leader in creating breakthrough technologies that extend Microsoft’s Native AVD.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for working directly with our Partner Success Managers (PSMs) on the Managed Service Provider (MSP) side of our business to follow-up on and manage our sales leads and appointments. You will use all methods of communication including email (MS Outlook), LinkedIn, telephone, and Teams calls, etc. Additionally, you will need to possess a strong communication and organization skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on sales leads provided through various events and activities
- Coordinate and set appointments for PSMs
- Additional tasks related to sales process and leads, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inside sales or business-to-business sales experience a plus
- 2+ years of customer service and administrative experience preferred
- Strong ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office Suite
- High-level organizational skills and professionalism
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
