As part of this growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our newly formed Business Development team based USA but to focus on the UK market.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated, and driven individuals who can communicate with companies of 50 plus employees to increase revenue spend
Our business development team works to agreed targets by pursuing opportunities with prospective accounts and mining new opportunities with lightly touched leads.
Your role will involve:
- Manage a multichannel outreach approach (email, social media, phone, written, etc.).
- Follow up on marketing created leads to source demos/accounts
- Start a drive alongside demand generation teams to create account or vertical specific outreach
- Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise
- Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Build specific product knowledge and understand the market to add value to customers.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Finding the right candidate is important to us and we are looking for someone who has as entrepreneurial mind set, willing to make cold calls as well as:
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptionally motivated and driven to succeed.
- Energy and enthusiasm for establishing rapport with key decision makers.
And it would be a bonus if you had:
- Previous sales development experience
- Background in IT software/ technology
- CRM and lead nurturing experience
- Familiarity with Salesloft, Salesforce, social media and social selling
