The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will help grow Bloomerang's customer base by prospecting new leads and re-engaging dormant leads for the sales team.
What You Will Do
- Generate new prospects through outbound methods.
- Re-engage dormant sales prospects through outbound methods.
- Manage a high volume of communication via phone, email to engage and qualify leads for the Account Executive team.
- Work targeted call lists, and create personalized messaging to engage in communication with potential future customers.
- Follow established processes, cleanse and update data in our sales CRM.
- Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the BDR role to BDR Managers and Sales Leadership.
- Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.
- Understand and be able to articulate the features and benefits of Bloomerang.
- Understand the competitive landscape and current nonprofit sector conditions.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $42,500 - $57,500, plus incentive compensation. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
