What you'll do
As a Colleague Journey Developer, you’ll be creating and driving the delivery of the journey backlog, and effectively prioritising work to maintain the completion of releasable increments in every sprint. You’ll be driving all business performance and proposition activities, making sure the journey runs effortlessly with true colleague focus.
You’ll also be:
- Providing subject matter expertise to the journey and goal
- Inputting to and delivering journey mapping, service blueprinting and process mapping
- Monitoring external trends and activity across the journey portfolio, and actively identifying responses to market changes
- Understanding and utilising key mechanisms and frameworks to anticipate and identify colleague needs to deliver and improve the colleague experience
- Using innovative systems thinking to design digital solutions, identifying opportunities for streamlining work and deploying experimentation and testing to improve experience for colleagues
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for a subject matter expert in relevant HR product proposition and process design, with knowledge of critical agile capabilities and ways of working. You’ll also need knowledge and experience of change delivery and experience design, utilising data and systems thinking.
On top of this, you’ll need:
- Experience of driving and delivering innovative ideas through agile ways of working, looking at harnessing digital and technological advances that truly benefit our customers
- The ability to identify and envision future trends and needs, utilising systems thinking and horizon scanning
- The proven ability to adapt to quickly changing environments, learn at pace, and encourage confidence in others to do the same
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage customers and colleagues
