Job description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our Business Management Team, that are responsible for Information Management, ICT Contract Management and ICT Finance.
The Opportunity
- Build strong rapport with the rest of ICT and set clear robust frameworks to embed throughout the department
- Investigate operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking improvements of new or changed processes
- Work closely with the ICT Commercial Contracts Manager to monitor ICT contract performance
- Assists in the analysis of stakeholder objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business requirements. Identifies options for consideration.

About You
The suitable applicant will have the following:
- Demonstrate Contract and Commercial management within a complex multi-sourced ICT Service.
- Knowledge of supplier performance management.
- Experience of reviewing of ICT processes.
- Experience of working with external service providers.
- Ability to analyse and manage complex reports and systems for both development and operational ICT Services.
- Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools.
