PT Plastics is an independent high-quality plastic packaging solution company producing specialist products that include packaging for the food industry, cosmetics, household products and chemicals. The company is experiencing significant expansion and we now have a requirement for an Operations Manager.
Requirements:

- Previous experience within a similar role - Plastics background an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Produce, Support & Adhere to the production plan ensuring all activities enable the successful completion of the plan.
- Plan allocation of staff to lines to ensure maximum productivity
- Support the supply to the lines to ensure a continuous workflow.
- Monitoring of production outputs and taking corrective action to ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure all KPI’s are completed daily
- Support and ensure the smooth, correct, and accurate transfer of goods to the despatch area as per the production plan and customer requirements.
- Support any deviations from the production plan
- Support with regular quality checks being compliant
- Management of stock
Agency Staff
- Support and training of all team members
Development
- Ensure all staff adhere to all contractual duties while supporting the achievement of KPI’s
- Reviewing the team’s performance and identify training opportunities.
