About the role…
We are looking for a skilled business analyst to help us deliver our transformation programme. CIPFA has agreed a significant investment in the replacement of our core business systems as part of its OneCIPFA business plan, and you will be joining us at an exciting time as we are moving forward with delivery of our transformation roadmap. You will be part of a small team working across the business to deliver projects, with the opportunity to apply and grow your business analysis and stakeholder management skills, playing a key role in achieving CIPFA’s ambitions.
Key tasks include but not limited to:

  • Delivering business analysis supporting the CIPFA Transformation Programme, focused on delivering added value in relation to CIPFA’s strategic objectives
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to understand customer journeys and operational processes across the organisation
  • Developing target operating models to document and communicate new ways of working
  • Identifying business issues or inefficiencies, working with key stakeholders to identify practical solutions
