Responsibilities
- Learn and put into daily practice the Personal Development materials - 'Be a product of the product'
- Take responsibility for the day to day operations of running your business
- Conduct interviews with qualified candidates
- Create placements on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and other channels
- Engage with the community
- Attend weekly training and development calls for up-skilling
- Lead and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring for your team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of general work experience in a professional capacity (corporate environment or self-employed)
- Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Natural gravitation to Personal Development and helping others on their growth journey
- Autonomous work ethic and self motivated achiever
- Receptive to new ideas - growth mindset and big thinker with high success markers and aspirations for their future
- Great social and interpersonal skills
