We’re on the search for our next generation of Business Change leaders. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across a fast-paced, high-growth business landscape.
What do the team do?
- We deliver critical enhancements and projects across the business. From tech features on our award-winning platform, to new partnerships and products that are central to the company’s success.
What will you learn?
- You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects at different stages of delivery. From important small changes that improve the daily lives of our trading clients, to supporting flagship programmes that have a huge impact on the way we work.
- You will learn how to:
- Define and design business wants and needs;
- Plan and schedule changes;
- Manage connected risks and evolving issues;
- Work with tech developers, senior managers, testers, and other colleagues from across the business;
- Set up a project for success;
- Effectively communicate and manage projects day-to-day.

Who are we looking for?
- Great communication skills and enjoy working with other people
- Degree classification - minimum 2:1
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- A keen interest in Tech and Financial Services.
