What do the team do?
  • We deliver critical enhancements and projects across the business. From tech features on our award-winning platform, to new partnerships and products that are central to the company’s success.
What will you learn?
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects at different stages of delivery. From important small changes that improve the daily lives of our trading clients, to supporting flagship programmes that have a huge impact on the way we work.
  • You will learn how to:
  • Define and design business wants and needs;
  • Plan and schedule changes;
  • Manage connected risks and evolving issues;
  • Work with tech developers, senior managers, testers, and other colleagues from across the business;
  • Set up a project for success;
  • Effectively communicate and manage projects day-to-day.

  • Degree classification - minimum 2:1
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
