Job description
Due to the exciting growth of the company, Saker Controls Limited are looking for a Junior BMS engineer who is keen to progress their skills and knowledge to further their development and progress within the company. .
The ideal candidate will need to have some knowledge and training on BMS systems, such as Trend, Niagra and Distech.

Our head office is based in Waterlooville, however this position does require travel to and from different sites across Hampshire, Sussex, Oxford and London.
Responsibilities:
- Complete routine maintenance on BMS systems, carry out remedial works and respond to call outs as and when required
- Design and application of all Mechanical Building Services BMS control systems across the full spectrum of building services.
- Representing Saker Controls at meetings with clients and contractors when required.
- Site surveys and inspections.
- Carry out on-site inspections of BMS installations and witnessing of BMS control functionality Report writing.
- Provide advice on appropriate control strategies for building services systems and application of the latest Building Energy Management technologies.
- Maintaining records and archives to company standards.
- Manage own workload.
- Complete additional tasks as instructed by management
- Overtime may be required to complete jobs/tasks, prior notice will be provided
Experience required: Minimum of 1 year within the BMS industry
Qualifications: desired: Trend certified
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
