Customer Service Advisor/Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service/ Administrator we are on the lookout for talented individual to deliver the best possible customer care.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Managing customer queries via inbound calls and emails
  • Making outbound calls to promote our products to existing customers
  • Pricing and entering order details on the system
  • Delivering great service to customers
  • Working towards sales targets
  • Accurate Data Entry

What you should be able to bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
  • An upbeat friendly approach when speaking to customers is essential
  • Passionate about customer service with the ability to ensure all customer interaction is positive and productive
  • Motivated to achieve targets
  • Resilience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Effective listening skills to understand customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills on all platforms
  • PC literate
