Job description
The NHS is looking for an experienced Business Change Analyst to join their team in the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme.
The successful candidate will have a passion for healthcare, a keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively manage and lead complex change initiatives. The role will involve working with the NHS teams to define and document business requirements, engaging with stakeholders to identify and analyze business process and workflow issues, and delivering successful change initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with EPR systems, a strong understanding of the NHS environment, and the ability to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders.
The role requires excellent communication, problem solving, and project management skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and manage their own workload.
