Ideagen, a dynamic and ambitious company with exciting growth plans, is seeking a talented Senior Communications Business Partner to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and delivering internal engagement plans that drive acquisitions, facilitate seamless business integration, and support transformative change across the Ideagen group.
The role requires a candidate who is not only experienced in creating engaging internal communications plans but is also capable of delivering them through to completion using the full range of communications channels.
This role will suit a competent and confident internal communications professional with 5+ years' experience of operating in internal communications / employee engagement at mid-manager level and a recent history of developing and implementing effective and engaging communications plans in support of change.
The candidate will thrive working at pace in an exciting and dynamic environment, with a range of stakeholders and the ability to manage communications planning and delivery for multiple projects at any given time, adapting quickly to changes as needed.
This roles requires a minimum of 2 days in our Ruddington office.
Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Integrations team, Transformation team, HR, regional teams, and business areas to develop and deliver effective internal engagement plans that support acquisitions, business integration, and transformation programs.
- Collaborate closely with Ideagen's internal and external communications teams to ensure alignment, share updates, and coordinate messaging for maximum impact.
- Take ownership of internal communications plans from initiation to completion, providing guidance and support to stakeholders on all internal communications deliverables and keeping internal teams informed of progress.
- Manage and enhance an existing portfolio of communications tools and templates, tailoring them to support project requirements.
- Consider time zones, cultural factors, and regional nuances when planning and delivering communications.
- Oversee programs from start to finish, measuring success and effectiveness throughout the process.
- Excellent written, verbal and communications skills.
- Project management and change management experience, with attention to detail, ability to follow things through and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent business and marketing acumen, with the ability to link project messaging into business strategy and consider the larger brand image / reputation.
- Proven ability of creating engaging communications through a wide range of channels.
- Confidence and ability to use their experience to provide insight and counsel on all things relating to internal communications.
- Experienced in working with stakeholders collaboratively in a dynamic environment, with the ability to operate autonomously, at-pace and to adapt to any changes to plans as they progress.
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft 365 applications, with experience in creating and managing SharePoint sites for communications purposes, as well as Microsoft Forms and video-editing skills.
- Preferred: Previous experience in acquisitions and / or a high level change environment preferred.
