We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Analyst & Change Analyst to join the Change Community of Practice (Chief Transformation Office).
This role works collaboratively with the project team and business stakeholders ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and by ensuring the Implementation of change is delivered smoothly and utilises the Santander methodology. You’ll also focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.
As an analyst you will work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand business change needs, assess the business impact of those changes, capture, analyse and document requirements and support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.

- Acting as the key interface between the business sponsors and stakeholders
- Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities
- Participating in the design process coordinated by the project team, including process mapping, design approval & functional design completion.
- Assessing the impact of change from process, technology and people perspectives
- Supporting testing, communication, and training of the change initiative
What you'll bring.
- Problem solving skills and ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces and propose a course of action to work under pressure or with multiple competing priorities
- Ability to build rapport & collaborate with project stakeholders
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory environment
- Understanding of various methodologies for business analysis
- People Management experience
What else you need to know.
This is a full time, permanent position working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday.
The role is Hybrid working both remotely and out of our head office in Milton Keynes.
