1 x 12 month FTC, Full time, 35 hours a week

We’re looking for two Business Analysts to analyse operational challenges, conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions. You’ll develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of the organisation, processes, and systems to enable detailed analysis and methodical review of systems and business processes; assess complex situations and problems, conduct gap and impact analysis and deliver recommendations for new processes and solutions.
To be successful, we’re looking for you to be / have:
Degree, HND, NVQ4 qualified in a relevant subject or professional qualification.- Skilled in the production of business process documentation and process mapping.
- Proven ability to gather and review requirements, developing suitable processes and reviewing solutions.
- Able to develop understanding of long-standing and complex problems and to apply professional knowledge and experience to solve them.
- Previous experience of managing or oversight of small projects.
- Experience in working within complex matrix environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
