The Psychology Rooms is a private Mental Health Clinic in Glasgow. Our services include assessment and psychological therapies for children, adolescents and adults.
We offer therapy for individuals, couples or families. We offer consultation to medical professionals in respect of psychological assessment for medical and cosmetic surgery.
Job description
The Psychology Rooms are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator.
The role will be for 16 hours a week. Covering 12 noon to 8pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays. There may also be the opportunity for extra hours.
The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct clients and answer and respond to calls and emails. Candidate must be proficient in typing.
Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing up Reports and Letters
- Answering/Transferring Calls
- Processing Mail
- Filling/scanning and emailing
- System data entry
Required Skills:
- Strong Typing Skills. Audio Typing Preferred.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills- both written and verbal
- Multi-tasking and numeracy skills
- The ability to work to deadlines/effective time management skills
- The ability to work on own initiative

Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
COVID-19 considerations:
All staff and clients are temperature tested on arrival. Mask must be worn. Daily questionnaire to be completed

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
