We are looking for a Team Leader who has the determination to achieve excellent results through challenging our current processes and delivering the best possible service to our clients!
What you need to know...
- Salary up to £30,000
- Shifts: Any 5 days in 7 working 14:00 - 22:00 with requirement to work 1 in 5 weekends

What you will be doing (in the briefest of nutshells)
Hundreds of online retailers love working with us because we do things differently. The parcel that arrives at the customer’s doorstep is more than just a parcel - it’s an experience. And that’s exactly what working at James and James is.
You will lead and support teams of up to 40 people in our packing / dispatch department, monitoring their performance and giving them the tools and training they need to succeed in their careers while ensuring we achieve our KPI's and SLA's.
We know that great people learn new things quickly, but we would love it if you have some/all of the below experience and skills…
- Have experience in leading teams (it would be even better if this has been in an eCommerce operation)
- Have demonstrable experience in performance and absence management, including disciplinary / grievances
- Are data driven, and have worked to SLA's and KPI's
- Have great IT skills; you know your way around systems and have worked with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
- You can motivate, develop and lead people
