- Assisting funding proposals and grant applications. Often coordinating and managing the process
- Collaborating on events, conferences, workshops and meetings, including setting outlines and agendas; managing participants; making practical arrangements; capturing notes and proactively tracking actions progress, collation and dissemination of outputs
We’re looking for somebody who:
- Is educated to degree level, preferably in a science or business-related subject; or has substantive and relevant work experience
- Holds (or is working towards) a recognised project management qualification
- Can demonstrate team working skills that include collaboration and a willingness to learn from others
- Has effective management skills of self and team, managing activities and priorities to meet project deadlines and can show the ability to work independently, as well as the confidence to escalate issues where appropriate
- Is resilient under pressure, with a flexible approach to work in a changing environment, with an ability to remain positive and a ‘can do’ attitude to find pragmatic solutions
- Has an understanding of the value and importance of transdisciplinarity and the skills to form effective working partnerships
- Can demonstrate an expertise in Microsoft 365 applications to create high quality internal & external reports and project documents, and a willingness to learn more
- Is able to take a disciplined and methodical approach to routine tasks and achieve a high level of accuracy; has good attention to detail and recognises when high quality outputs are required
If we’ve just described you, we’d love to meet. Apply now.
