Available Job Today Business Analyst (Housing, Agile) - £46,000 – Fully Remote – UK-Wide
My client are a leading light in the Property Management and Regeneration arena, investing a lot of time and money into Social Regeneration Projects. With a really exciting Transformation Programme ongoing we are looking to heavily invest in the Transformation team.
We are looking to bring on a Business Analyst (Housing, Agile) to work alongside the larger team and help to managed, change and plan for Change throughout the business.
As a new Business Analyst (Housing, Agile) you will be support the Group across the lifecycle of any programmes and projects (from feasibility to delivery) in line with their goals. You will be expected to participate in all parts of the project lifecycle, where appropriate, and will assist in identifying and scrutinising issues and evaluate business needs to determine the most beneficial solution.
As one of the new Business Analyst (Housing, Agile) you will be working on a number of Transformation Projects inc but not limited to Data Migration to Cloud, new ERP Solution, CRM implementation. You will be working in a hybrid Agile environment.
On a daily basis the Business Analyst (Housing, Agile) will be responsible for:
- Contribute to the delivery of the group strategy for the short- and long-term that enables the effective delivery of projects in line with the Group’s current and future requirements
- Liaise with the business to develop and improve business and customer processes, information, and systems, through business analysis, design, and management.
- Undertake project work, taking full responsibility for delivering outputs within agreed timescales and budget as required
- Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
- Analysing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement including the development of future state models, requirements, testing and implementation
To be in with a chance of becoming a Business Analyst (Housing, Agile) you should have a proven track record of working as a Business Analyst! Ideally you will have working within the Housing/Property arena. You should have worked within Agile environments and ideally have completed your BCS Foundation! These roles are initially on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract but there will be every opportunity of a Permanent role before the end should it work out.
